不過另一個關鍵字更另人津津樂道,

『Linsanity』林書豪Jeremy Lin持續火燙發熱帶領紐約Knicks五連勝,

真是太不可思議了!

一連兩天的轉播看下來真是驚喜連連,

讓許久沒看NBA的籃球熱情都被點燃,

還記得那時回國後告訴人家說:「去看NBA時有看到林書豪喔!」

「嗯?誰?....你說誰?」根本就是個NoBody,沒有人認識.

如今連美國媒體都說這個come from nowhere的小子證明自己是位好球員，也是一則好故事。

可不是嗎?最近NBA歷經勞資糾紛球季縮短、Knicks的戰績又低迷,

誰會想到突然冒出一個適時帶領球隊獲勝的傢伙竟是一個萬年板凳差點被釋出的球員。

現在....我想,大概很多台灣人都知道林書豪是誰了吧!

哈!....沾光一下,我大概是在台灣少數幾個在現場看過林書豪打球的人。

以前購物時,總愛順便買一些零食、餅乾之類的,
沒辦法,喜歡吃嘛!
而且只要家裡有存放一些零食似乎就會有那麼一點小小的幸福感。
不過在常買到漲價後過度包裝又吃不過癮的情況下有所節制,
就找了些容易做又好吃的西點來試試!
在什麼都漲薪水不漲的年代,
『手作』也是挺契合這個時代。







泡芙
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
材料：(參考周老師版)
水………………100克
奶油……………80克
鹽………………1/4小匙
高筋麵粉………100克
蛋液……………180克(3顆蛋)


做法：

高級刀具可不像3C產品沒什麼保值性，
它的趨勢是長期穩定向上。
而且專櫃的價錢嚇死人，
趁著國外的購物季節，
amazon上給的折扣都很大方，
所以就給它下訂啦!

[德國三叉牌(Wusthof) Classic ikon 8 吋主廚刀 + Classic 8 吋麵包刀]
這個牌子的確比較少見，網拍的廣告詞都是說更勝雙人牌,(3當然是比2大,不是嗎?)
確實也是有比較過雙人牌,
但最簡單的一點amazon上的雙人牌是無法寄達台灣的!
加上專業廚子的評價寫得的感人，所以就是它了!
原本想買整組的，不過它附的小刀想想其實很少用，所以就拆開買。

這個應該是最為人熟知的美式甜點,
應該也是派類點心中的經典入門款,
之前看過ICRT辦的蘋果派比賽報導,
據說每個老美的母親都有自家的獨家配方,
好像沒有一個美國女人不會做的樣子.





不過本人對於煮熟的水果一向沒有好感,
一般Buffet甜點區好像也比較少看到,
而且這類派的甜點都是剛出爐是最棒的,
放一陣子底下的派皮容易濕潤,就不好吃了!

所以我的印象中...
還真想不起...哪時哪裡曾吃過好吃的蘋果派.
....



想要動手的原因主要是試做派皮類甜點,
現在氣溫也比較低,
可以不用擔心奶油會融得太快.

派皮參考Carol的簡易千層派皮
For:6吋派盤

材料:
中筋麵粉120g,無鹽奶油90g,冰水55cc,鹽1/4茶匙

(麵粉:有些食譜寫高筋,應該高筋或中筋皆可)

因為它太有名且太具代表性,
所以我們一般稱之為「法國麵包」。




基本上只能包含以下四種成分：水、麵粉、酵母、食鹽.
而且法國人居然還以食品法明文規定這種麵包就是只能這四種,
其實大部分製作Baguette，都會加進麥芽粉（malt powder）,
台灣好像都用麥芽精(麥芽精還滿貴的,像眼藥水般一小瓶就要約NT$:115)，
一可加添風味，二可作為酵母菌的食物（酵母菌發酵時是需要點食物才會吐CO2）。

也就是因為原料簡單,
所以更可以嘗出小麥單純的芳香,
而麵粉的好壞也是一吃就知道!
大概是接近專用的緣故,
要做Baguette的麵粉,坊間就叫做法國麵包粉,
一般烘焙器材店有售,關鍵詞是「T55」、「T65」.
更簡單點,直接說「吳寶春」師傅用的那種即可,

然後發現它店中有一道長得滿特別、像是點心的配菜POPOVER,
然後剛好在youtube上有這段popover的製作影片,

綜合了好幾家的做法,
試作的心得是:原來豆瓣醬和甜麵醬才是主角,做過兩次,不同牌子煮出的味道不一樣!
                        所以牌子要慎選,免得壞了一鍋,
                        至於甜麵醬真是不好買,好不容易找到後,那牌子絕對是你沒聽過的!
                        (而那種手工、老店製甜麵醬,天阿~誰可以告訴我,去哪找?)

雖說麵包店理應是麵包最好吃,
但它的麵包就是非常傳統式+原物料高漲後會縮小的那種,
所以除非像是錯過用餐時刻無從選擇的情況下,
還真的不太會考慮,
不過它的馬芬蛋糕深得我心,
顏色總烤得恰到好處,
料多實在有核桃有葡萄乾,
接近一個壘球般大小,
而且很有誠意地都沒漲價,
是後來吸引我再度光顧的原因.

讓人不禁想說:
再爛的麵包店至少要有好吃的馬芬蛋糕啊!

話說我的信箱一向充滿了建商的廣告DM,
一天在雜亂的一堆紙片中看到救X團辦的類似社區大學的課程簡介,
所以就挑了一堂『走過義大利廚房』的烹飪課.
想說來學學一點既休閒又怡情的東西...





剛開始的前兩週一切都很美好的進行著,
然後一個星期天就接到一通電話說:
「很抱歉!因為現在的用地是屬於國防部,由於國防部要收回,所以課程要被停掉.」

奇怪國防部什麼時候不收回,偏偏要在我頭都洗一半的時候收回,
無奈才剛認識老師和同學一點,就被迫中斷課程,
才剛覺得課上得有一點意思而已,
但世事難料,真是有點可惜!


還記得上第一堂課時，
我很準時的在星期六早晨的9點進入教室,結果只有一個男生和在磨刀子的老師,
當時還真嚇一跳,不會就我們3人要撐完全場,也太小班制了吧!
猜想是那時有寒流來襲爬不起來,
不久同學就陸續到齊,

這一天我也去湊湊熱鬧,果然搭乘的人都是觀光客,
車內有來自各地的語言和口音,整個就是很有出去玩的fu.
車上的服務人員也會和乘客開玩笑,滿有意思的.





然後一路坐到底,結果又來到漁人碼頭邊的Bay Street.


閒逛時,偶遇的驚喜,
相當有創意的的房子,


Ghiradelli巧克力工廠,

那天真的是很隨意亂晃,
連地圖都沒看不小心就給我走到了巧克力工廠,
記得thoo2說這一間比較大,比較有看頭. 


果然進到Ghiradelli巧克力工廠裡頭後就看到噴泉.


有一個簡單的說明告示牌,又是另一個具有歷史(1869)的地標景點.


我只有在一樓的商店區逛逛,想當然爾大多是在賣巧克力,
不過也有禮品店和葡萄酒店(Napa Vally也是美國有名的葡萄酒產區).

寒流又一波一波接著來,
讓人有點提不起勁,
不過既然起頭了,還是要把它寫完.
哈!...有一點可以體會拖稿的心情!

短期內一連出國兩次,
讓我不禁思考起旅行的意義與功效,
(下一次旅行的計劃可能要隔一段時間囉)
我覺得這世界這麼大,想看完是不太可能,
但有機會還是要多出去看看,
雖然出去玩有時感覺比上班還累,
但心靈層次上的疲勞,
好像就在欣賞這些美景的同時...被無聲地消除了!

另外一個人旅行,安全也是滿重要的,
回國後看到新聞挖挖哇在討論小心喔！一個人的旅行!,
就突然覺得幸運,
還好都沒遇到大麻煩,
旅途中難免有一些小狀況,
現在回憶起來竟也覺得有趣!
那些經歷也轉化為經驗.

這一趟美西行全部都待在這,
算是定點旅遊,
當然美西還有許多好玩的城市,
比如洛杉磯,拉斯維加斯(預留下次出國的藉口).
不過以自助的定點停留是我比較喜歡的旅行方式.
一來這樣不會太趕,把美好假期都浪費在交通上,
而又可隨意地安排行程,
想要幾點起床就幾點起床(當然睡太晚就沒風景看啦!)
比較可以放鬆和有機會體驗當地的生活方式.
舊金山的觀光景點還不少,
所以覺得不虛此行,滿值得一遊!

主要是探訪已久居大陸的表姐與表姐夫,
(感謝他們撥空熱情招待)
和想看看這個和台灣僅隔一個海峽的中國大陸的現況,
已經不曉得有多少台商進出大陸,
但這可是我第一次踏上對岸的土地,
內心還是有小小的激動....

 

兩岸直航後,
到大陸真的很方便,
此行就是搭華航的班機直飛往返,
經濟艙票價約一萬出頭,
如果選擇大陸的航空公司還可以更便宜些,
選華航是因為它的時段對我來說是最適合,
以前出國要省錢都是買要轉機的機票,
所以還從未搭過華航的國際直飛班機!
哈...這次因為一下就到了,
感覺好像在搭國內線!

表姐的寵物:happy......好久不見還是一樣可愛,
據說還是第一隻入境到深圳的狗哩!!
當時海關沒遇過這種情況,糊裡糊塗就入關了!


表姐住在東莞塘廈,
離深圳很近,
不過開車到機場也快要一個小時,

這一次是我第二次的個人自助旅行,

選擇的地點是美國西岸的舊金山(san francisco),
想說最近台幣升值,美元超弱勢,
所以去美國相對划算,
東岸已經去過,就挑了西岸最漂亮的城市舊金山.

12月15去12月21日回(回來要加1天),
所以算8天6夜.
就定點待在舊金山.
一般美西旅行團會在舊金山停留大約是1,2天吧,
幾乎沒像這樣的安排,
不過我也不貪多,
加上shopping和看NBA,其實還滿剛好的.
而且舊金山依山傍海,真的是美麗又友善觀光的城市.






我是12/02去辦美簽完後才真正決定要去美國玩,
(抱怨一下:美簽不好預約的,11/15就約了還都只剩早上7:30和8:00兩個時段)
當時看到排隊的人潮心裡就大呼不妙,
年底要出國的人還真多阿!!

type='text'>這一次要來挑戰手工Pizza,從Pizza餅皮開始,完全手工自製...因為我實在太愛吃Pizza了,尤其喜歡現烤的手工Pizza,前一陣子買了本『我的義國廚房料理課pasta&amp;pizza』,看了以後就很想自已動手來試試看,Pizza餅皮的部分就比照書中的配方:高筋麵粉 250g糖         5g鹽         5g乾酵母粉   4g  (書中寫市售小包裝,誰知到是幾克,就抓個大概)水       125~150 ml(書中寫250~300...我覺得跟本不可能...太多)橄欖油   少許  (一直在想在什麼時後加,後來竟忘了加,只好用刷子在麵皮上薄薄刷一層) 先將酵母粉用溫水泡開後,就加入麵粉火山,然後慢慢加水,加到差不多時開始揉麵團,這個過程大概8~10分鐘,不過經驗不足...玩了快20分鐘,因為一開始麵團太濕了,還好是慢慢加水,不然可能初登場的麵團就失敗了!然後放入玻璃碗中</summary><link rel='replies' type='application/atom+xml' type='text'>最近很懶,雖然偶而會看些食譜,但實在很懶得去準備那些費功夫的食材,所以走輕鬆食路線.[沙拉]爽口的沙拉當brunch真的是最適合不過,但看似簡單,準備起來還有點小費功夫,因為冰箱要剛好要有:生菜(lettice)蕃茄,蛋,土司,美奶茲+蕃茄醬(1.5:1 調一調就是簡單的千島醬).橄欖油(1匙)最好有奇異果(或酸酸甜甜的水果).(要剛好有的機率在我的冰箱真的不高...... 常常都會缺一兩樣,  所以每次吃到都覺得...好難得!!)通常我會順便煮一杯現磨的拿鐵搭配,然後在製作時就會非常手忙腳亂,會覺得不過是吃個早餐要這麼辛苦嗎?如果有起床氣的人...勸你還是去外面買會比較快!不過自已弄....料比較多!...[茄汁肉醬潛艇堡]買到好吃的法國麵包,不拿來做潛艇堡實在太可惜,剛好冷凍櫃裡還有之前做好的茄汁肉醬,解動加熱後再加上一片漢堡起司和生菜,就是特製的潛艇堡.雖然沒有夾火腿...</summary><link type='text'>最近一直有種購物的欲望,好像沒有把錢花一花不痛快似的.剛好逛到皇家哥本哈根專櫃,以前從書上就認識便頗有好感的品牌.還問櫃姐一整組要怎麼配,想不到她建議的是一組咖啡杯或一組下午茶,原來是我不懂行情,她隨便介紹一組咖啡杯就要4,5千元,我心裡就想那一整組沒個二三萬塊還真湊不出來,不愧是皇家御用,價格也非常皇家.然後是問問看,順便瞭解有哪些系列,最後當然是沒買.後來就在網路上搜尋看看,最齊全的還是他們的官方網站,東西真是比台灣專櫃多太多,也有online type='text'>說起華山創意文化園區,還真有一種既親切又陌生的感覺,因為它剛好位於我上下班的路徑上,已經數不清經過它多少回了,老是想著有空一定要進去瞧瞧,今天剛好公司有課要上,五點鐘結束後自然地又經過,看到滿熱鬧的感覺,趁著天色尚早,就進去看看,剛好有±2℃ 幾米特展,當然順便參觀...免費的喔,向隅的要趁早!展場裡頭也有播放±2℃的紀錄片,用大螢幕播放,我也看了快一個鐘頭,滿有感觸的,畢竟氣候的變遷是我們每一個人都會感受到,都會被影響.影片中提到2009,也就是去年全球和台灣所發生的重大氣候事件,因為相隔不遠,確實令人印象深刻,影片中也提到未來氣候可能會常態性變成短秋、長冬、短春、長夏,你知道嗎?2009秋天竟只有35天,真短阿~前一陣子歐美也遭逢近幾十年未見的酷寒襲擊,這一切就發生在我們身邊,我們真的要多愛護台灣,愛護地球阿!裡頭還有一段談話滿有趣的:「我們不需要更多的政治家來解決問題,</summary><link type='text'>東坡肉...快過年了,當年菜也很適合.其實我滿不愛吃肥肉的,每次便當中的控肉的肥油一定把它挑掉,但怪的是,我真的好愛吃東坡肉...東坡肉算起來也是一道名菜,還好不會太難,需要的是一塊肥瘦分配適中的五花肉和耐心.我覺得重點還是那塊肉,要肥瘦分配適中可是不容易,我又不會上傳統市場,所以在超市就只能碰碰運氣,參考了一些人的做法,我也依樣畫葫蘆,分了兩天才完成,第一天先川燙半小時(水滾後關火給它泡著,可以去腥),川燙後切成四塊綁上綿線,綁得像醬油廣告那樣,接著移入燉鍋,加水加到淹過肉,再加入醬油+醬油膏+冰糖+蔥段+薑片+米酒,(份量都滿隨意的,原則調到鹹鹹,少許甜甜的就可以)然後水滾後小火燉煮兩個小時,放涼後進冰箱使其入味,第二天把浮在上頭的油撈起,用小火繼續再燉煮一個半小時.所以說真的是需要耐心阿!因為需要長時間燉煮,所以就覺得staub鍋很好用,用最小的火給它放著就可以.五花肉真的很神奇,</summary><link type='text'>紅茶戚風蛋糕上個月做的戚風蛋糕實驗,做個記錄!蛋黃麵糊配方:蛋黃:40g糖:40g沙拉油:40g低筋麵粉:80g鹽:1/8 t紅茶液:80g蛋白糊配方:蛋白:160g糖:  30g11/01 第一次試做...(使用貝印戚風模)小型烤箱的缺點就是溫度不好控制,轉到180的位置,但溫度計顯示頂多就在140.可是還是可以膨到裂開...出爐沒多久就開始縮下去...感緊到扣!猛一看還真像樣...(至少像個蛋糕)切開後...上層縮了不少,一半勉強OK,一半像發糕.我猜應該是蛋白沒打到乾性發泡,支撐力不夠,加上對烤箱的特性還不熟,溫度明顯不夠.小小失敗!牛奶戚風蛋糕11/15 第二次試做...這一次紅茶液改成牛奶!另外有加一點點泡打粉.蛋白打得比較成功(完全手打,打到手快斷掉),果然脹得很高!怕上層焦掉,烤到一半放了錫箔紙進去,沒想到竟沒有全都遮到,有些地方焦掉,還好膨得夠高,刮掉就好!</summary><link rel='replies' type='application/atom+xml' type='text'>每一年的這段期間,也就是各大百貨的週年慶,其實也沒什麼好意外,意外的是不經意地發現好喝的啤酒,因為上次刷卡有配合的活動,所以就趕緊在截止倒數前一天去兌換了500元的禮券,500元實在也不能買什麼,所以就乾脆到超市去換點吃的喝的,以下就是這一次的戰利品,完全是個聯合國,荷蘭的餅乾,日本的味磳(買一送一),一瓶德國的啤酒,一瓶英國啤酒,和一袋剛出爐麵包(4個100)剛好最近天氣又回暖(應該是異常吧!真像夏天)喝啤酒最好了! type='text'>最近的生活過得淡淡的,也沒有什麼大事,但日子也充滿細瑣的雜事,也很懶得更新blog,就集在一起寫好了!突然發現近來比較少外食,師大這附近變得愈來愈熱鬧,餐廳是很多沒錯,但那些餐廳擺明就是要賺外來客,平價的飯館好像都被潮流餐廳或服飾店給取代,人又多得要命,住在附近反而不太愛逛,還是自已煮好,假日沒事下下廚也算可以練練廚藝.上禮拜終於上去PXHome敗了一個烤箱,第一次用24h購物,果然才剛看完洋基打敗雙城沒多久(11點左右)就送達,真是『就感心』,結果開箱才3分鐘,一個沒拿穩就給它摔到,門的把手居然活生生在面前斷成兩截,當場樂極生悲...[韓式煎餅]麵漿比例是參考:1. type='text'>鑄鐵鍋這一兩年拜部落格間的口碑相傳,感覺上非常的熱門阿!當然最紅的就屬法國製的Le Creuset和staub,主要的優點是具有良好的傳導性、保溫效果佳,可以在烹煮的過程中保留食材原味,優點就不用我多說了!逛逛美食部落格或問問孤狗大神就有很多相關資訊!不過你要是容易意志不堅,那勸你少看為妙,因為很容易就被勸敗(像我就是!)就算沒有下單,也會覺得心癢癢的,彷彿衣櫃裡永遠少一件衣服,儲櫃裡永遠少一個鍋一樣!然後腦中就開始浮現一種有了這個鍋後,以後就可以更輕鬆做料理,廚藝似乎可以更精進一點!(雖然本來就沒啥廚藝可言)而會選擇staub鑄鐵鍋,和那個叫它男人鍋的日本人原因差不多,男人去買Le type='text'>絞肉料理[可樂餅][瓜仔肉][螞蟻上樹]最近去逛大賣場,在肉品區想說絞肉可以做滿多種變化,之前也都沒買過,所以就拿了一盒絞肉,份量還真多,大賣場嘛!回來後就上網看看有什麼可以料理的...[可樂餅]只用兩顆馬鈴薯,想不到就可以做七個可麗餅.做法:  1.兩顆馬鈴薯,水滾後煮下鍋15分鐘或拿筷子可以輕易插過去即可.  2.趁熱撥皮,趕快搗成泥狀(順便加點鹽、胡椒調味).  3.準備麵粉,蛋汁,麵包粉.  3.熱油鍋,先炒洋蔥丁,然後加入絞肉,繼續炒到肉變白(灑一些黑胡椒).  4.這時馬鈴薯差不多冷卻了,拌入剛炒好的絞肉,可順便加玉米粒或其它配料.  5.開始捏吧,朔成橢圓型,其實什麼型都可以,不要碎掉就好.    如果有起士片,切一小片在中間更美味(可惜起士片吃完了).   6.依序裹上麵粉,蛋汁,麵包粉,這動作最難,裹的漂亮就會像外面賣的.(裹的不好看就像下圖) 小鍋其實這個鍋是今年元旦時,在Sogo亂逛時看到有特價買的...原先有想要買個可以調Sauce的鍋,看到這個小鍋就覺得滿剛好的,價錢呢,就跟旁邊懸掛的鍋鏟、湯勺差不多,(應該說他們家的鍋鏟、湯勺不便宜!)所以就帶了!用了一陣子,覺得還真是好用,大小呢,剛好可以煮一碗大的泡麵,臨時需要熱水,或要熱個湯,川燙什麼的就剛好,調Sauce也非常方便.最近還拿來充當油鍋炸小東西,加熱迅速,也比較不浪費油.挺實用的!</summary><link type='text'>初探[馬可先生‧德國鄉村雜糧麵包]常常在路上,對於麵包店總是會多看一眼,當然馬可先生這家也常看到,比較常經過的是羅斯福路潮州街口和永和這兩家,奇怪的是...一次也沒進去過!因為它標榜的德國麵包招牌,每次從店門前經過總覺得好像沒有什麼麵包,且和心中的德國麵包店相去甚遠,(台灣畢竟是個米食國度阿)和一般麵包店不太一樣,這家店似乎不太愛展示麵包,若是從外面經過也聞不到什麼香噴噴的麵團氣味,不過最近麵包店關門大吉的實在不少,不然就是轉成連鎖蛋糕+咖啡店,看它一直都沒...(嗯~~~活得好好的),自然就興起一股好奇的念頭,到底是什麼在支撐它可以賣這麼久?所以就走進去啦~呦...麵包還真有點少,耳邊倒是不停傳來...「這是我們的冠軍麵包,今天有打折喔~~」,然後走到架上看看,哇,全都是一條100塊以上的.沒關係...嚇不倒我的!拿了拿....嗯沉甸甸的.(包裝上有它的訴求)然後就挑了一條培根起士雜糧</summary><link type='text'>哈哈~終於換新手機了!應該不用再忍受之前那支動不動就沒電的小白,還是選白色的,白色看起來質感有比較好一點,說來這是我第一次使用Nokia的手機...其實這也才是我的第3支手機,Erricson T28、panasonic X800都是用好久,(也不知是否因話務不多不需要太常換,還是太會保養)雖然還不是很熟悉,這兩天試用的感覺還不錯,也許是太久沒換機子,覺得現在手機的功能還真多,(至少比上一支多很多)一時還真有點給它驚豔到!開箱、開箱...小小一盒,是沒塞多少東西,不過該有的都有了,N79的功能也相當齊全,滿符合我想要的.有500萬畫素相機、GPS、papago、聽mp3、FM收音機...又可以陪我好一陣子了!後記:為了想要購機優惠,通信行還真厲害, type='text'>午餐:薑汁燒肉這道薑汁燒肉是在別人的格子上看到的,覺得並不難,剛好最近有補一些蔥薑蒜等台式必備的調味辛香料,就想來試試,沒想到真是美味阿...做這道菜還滿簡單!麻煩的是準備工作,材料:  五花火鍋肉片(約150g)  薑 (中老薑一大塊)  醬油(2大匙)  米酒(2大匙)  水(1大匙)  糖(1小匙)  味霖(1大匙)  洋蔥,  高麗菜做法:  1.薑汁─磨成泥狀,約1~2大匙的量  (因為我都把薑切片拿去冷凍,所以這個步驟最難,   磨阿磨的!薑是結凍的,天氣又冷!根本磨不好,最後就把剩下的渣用力擠一擠,   擠出薑汁,應該算數吧!)  再來就簡單了!  把所有調味料調均勻,  肉片直接給它放進來醃個10~15分鐘!  等待的時間剛好可以準備將洋蔥和高麗菜切絲備用.  2.熱油鍋,先炒肉片,炒到變白(半熟就好),撈起備用. type='text'>查了一下最近曾借閱的書籍:(市圖好像只能查到半年內的資料)這半年來竟也借了45本,(若加計沒列出來的也許有60~70本),原來閱讀也是會成為一種習慣,現在早晨醒來(哈!特別是在蹲XX的時候)總是要看個一兩篇,要是碰到沒書看的日子,還真覺得不對勁,我想我上班會遲到,一定都是多翻兩頁害的!...其實我也不是多麼好學不倦,看清單就知道,大部分都是些消磨時間的書,市圖規定一次只能借五本,所以大致就是每四~五週報到一次,歸類一下,每次大概會借一本旅遊相關的,(今年沒法出國,就書上神遊囉!)然後一本設計相關的,其它就隨便亂挑,雖然圖書館裡的書比不上書局的流行排行榜,但說真的也夠看的!認真來說缺點是有些書借回來根本就來不及看完,時間到了還是不得不還!還好圖書館就在大安公園旁,離我這近!這年頭不是什麼都要省嗎!不想買書的!可以多利用圖書館喔!幫忙Push一下:臺北市立圖書館辦證也是很容易的,重點是不用錢</summary><link type='text'>手工麵條的Q感與嚼勁,相信是很多人在吃麵時的首選,但有想過要動手試看看嗎?今天以前,或者說這輩子以前,壓根我...想都沒想過,但今天...我試著做了一些麵條,還真的沒想像中的難.當然我是參考了一些美食達人的做法,其實也是那些喜歡自己動手的達人給了我一些信心,尤其是那些垂涎欲滴圖片,於是就隨手拿起了家中的麵粉和起來囉!因為只是試做,所以就只有使用300公克的麵粉(高筋180g+低筋120g),比例也是隨便亂想的,麵點基本上好像中高筋都行,水準備了120g的沸水,鹽3g,麵粉和鹽充分攪拌後,就慢慢加入,再隨便攪一攪就變成羽片狀,嗯!有點樣子了!後來覺得太乾了,就又倒一些開水,沒想到又太濕,所以又再撒一點麵粉,梢微揉一下讓它成為圓圓的麵團,放著給它醒一下,一般都是說30分鐘就可以了!不過中間有點雜事,顧著和親戚聊天,所以大概醒了有2小時吧!(不知道會不會影響到什麼)反正練習而已,不理它.</summary><link type='text'>由於最近實在很忙,很累的時候,反而益發覺得食物的美好,尤其現在下班的路線是沿著市民大道,其中從延吉街到復興北路那段都是美食餐廳,我下班時,人家正是酒足飯飽,而我是饑腸轆轆...不平衡阿!所以休假時,不想吃得太差,也不想讓我那些餐具只是美麗的擺飾,(其實是開伙開得有點興趣了)就常跑超市&amp;大賣場,最近嘗試了許多新體驗,算是練習吧!因為成功與失敗是不離不棄愛相隨!首先登場的是:蝦仁肉絲炒飯炒烏龍麵調味料有:蠔油、沙茶醬戚風蛋糕剛烤出來時好像很成功,倒扣放涼後還是陷下去不少,切開後發現扮得不均勻,底層非常結實,也沒有蓬鬆的口感,失敗!...後來給小妹當早餐(應該很不情願吧!)搭配現打鮮奶油,現打的...好吃喔!牛排參考網路上的做法,先煎後烤,結果太熟,浪費了一塊好肉!竹筍排骨湯煮湯不變苦祕訣是:熬煮過程不可以開鍋蓋.炒麵香菇雞湯加一點麵,就變成香菇雞麵去大潤發隨便挑的加洲SunSet type='text'>說起馬鈴薯燉肉,很多人到居酒屋都喜歡順便點吧!基本上,它是一道材料簡單又非常美味的一道日式家常料理,難怪日劇裡常常會出現,據說每一位日本主婦都會煮,可見它有多easy...最適合我這種懶人的料理.重點是第一次試做就成功!好吃的哩!為什麼會想煮馬鈴薯燉肉呢?其實是冰箱有一棵大洋蔥,冰了都一個月有了,居然看起來都還好好的,想說還是想辦法把他解決掉,就google一下材料和做法,還好這些賢慧的主婦都會把步驟寫得清清楚楚...儘量比照辦理就是,比較麻煩的是調味料,我都沒有,特地買齊後發現比主材料還貴,還好調味料可以煮很多次,應該還是比在餐廳單點便宜!材料:洋蔥一顆馬鈴薯2顆胡蘿葡一條肉片(我用梅花火鍋肉片200g)高湯(我用烹大師一大匙加約400~500cc調的)醬油4大匙(醍醐味那瓶) type='text'>哈哈~~JOY的連續三年沒洗澡記錄(好像是不太光彩的記錄),終於在昨日給終結了!其實牠小時候洗得蠻勤的,至少三個月就會送去獸醫兼的美容院洗,後來那個獸醫嫁人後,轉給她學妹,就沒再送去了,偶而有去巷口的寵物美容洗,只是頻率週期漸漸延長,結果想不到巷口的那家店,兩三年前搬家了,一時就沒有適合的店家可以送,就一直給它....嗯...忘記囉!至於會拖到這麼長的時間藉口是有一堆啦!平常下班回來,寵物店早就不收了,週末要預約,因為週末狗的生意比貓還要好,況且狗比較好洗,也就是比較好賺啦!所以久而久之...就懶得送了!其實我要是過年回老家時,都會送到我妹那去寄住,都有交待要送牠去好好洗洗,結果.......還是原封不動送回來.不過說也奇怪,平常倒也不覺得JOY看起來有多髒,不說的話,倒還沒有人猜的出來(還抱的很開心哩).也許是貓換季的時候會大量換毛,自然界本來就有一套規率.不過家貓還是有空洗一洗好,</summary><link type='text'>最近看多了一些婆婆媽媽有關美食的網誌,不知不覺吸收了一些廚具的知識與資訊,也間接認識了一些品牌,原來廚具界可以敗家的傢私真不少...回頭檢視我那簡陋的廚房,還在用那個多年前松青買的350平底鍋,連一把像樣的的刀子也沒有(只有一把廉價水果刀),因為我平時也極少開伙,所以也沒太在意.不過...也許是外食實在吃膩了,也許是最近只有美好食物能溫熱我的疲備,也許是懶得出門,也許是擔心鐵氟龍的致癌物質,也許是最近原物料漲價+通膨,也許是那些美麗的圖文介紹,也許是敗家的火苗已漸漸燃燒.總之...今天敗了WMF不鏽鋼平底鍋&amp;雙人牌西式主廚刀.基本上這兩個牌子在主婦界可是有很大的知名度,愛用者不少,唯一的遺憾就是在國內的售價都有一點不親切.不過我也懶得透過網購(懶得等+風險),又不認識待在德國的好心人士,就直接在新光三越趁著一年到尾數不清的XX慶,給它帶回家囉!NPNT...來看照片吧!迷人的logo,</summary><link type='text'>周末假日在家,弄點輕鬆的料理,其實是還滿簡單的...冷凍水餃也可以變煎餃!...煎得恰恰....酥酥脆脆....好吃耶!以前也有嘗試過,不過是以焦黑收場,難以下嚥,這一次套用了李師傅的方法,居然就輕易的完成,不過阿玉水餃比較大顆,水加的有點多,所以用小火煎了快20分鐘,還是不錯吃!吃慣了水煮,偶而可以變化一下,只是洗鍋子比較費時(有一好沒兩好!)!週末的晚餐─ 黃金德國香腸蕃茄肉醬義大利麵看起來很上相吧!...(顏色美麗)義大利麵現在好像變成國民美食,要更懶一點,買現成...微波一下就可以吃了!不過剛好冰箱有些可以搭配的材料,煮義大利麵,其實很簡單,煮麵時記得要放一兩匙鹽,這樣會比較Q,煮的同時把德國香腸放進去一起煮,由於義大利麵要煮久一點(滾水10~11分鐘),趁這時後剛好可以煎一顆蛋,麵煮好後煮一下肉醬,試過目前市面上的肉醬包,華夏的最合我的胃口,而且它都是小包包裝,不用擔心吃不完,</summary><link type='text'>上禮拜,大概因為便宜吧!沒事買了三棵馬鈴薯,卻一直放在冰箱,禮拜四晚上,太晚回家了,只填了一個便利商店的雞腿飯團,很快就餓了,就把那馬鈴薯拿出來瞧了瞧,決定弄個最簡單的薯泥,因為也沒牛奶、起司,就只有煮熟後,加了麗滋餅乾中間的起司餡和一點鹽,攪和攪和壓碎成泥狀,沒想到,兩顆小馬鈴薯也可以弄成一盤...結果...吃起來好乾喔!吃完後卻非常有飽足感,哈!果然是澱粉類的食物!</summary><link type='text'>其實這是我小時候,和兒時玩伴在夏日偶而會去玩耍的地方,那時壓根不曉得它還有個名字,在內湖,上網查才知它叫大溝溪...大概是像一條大水溝,但其實它算一條溪,所以才取一個這樣怪的名字.如果你一直沿著溪水往上走,會愈發現它的野趣與豐富的生態.它非常的隱秘...縱使你問一個長住於本地的老內湖人,可能也不知道隱身於大湖山莊街後有一條小溪,為什麼我會知道呢?應該要歸功於我的鄰居吧!我鄰居有一個住在那附近的阿媽,小時候我們會去那裡的山上抓抓蟬,或是去溪裡玩玩水,烤烤肉,要進去裡頭只有一條小徑,小徑上有開幾間資源回收廠,我們也會混進去翻一翻收回的舊書籍或漫畫!那要怎麼去呢?最近的入口是由成功路四段324巷(OK便利店)走進去,不過很容易迷路,那一帶基本上都是單行道,繞來繞去就走錯了,(曾經因為太久沒去,就給它迷路囉!)簡單一點由大湖山莊街經大湖國小右側的小山坡路上去,就會看到葉氏祖廟的方向牌,</summary><link type='text'>今天要挑戰的是最家常的一道菜─豆乾炒肉絲,老實說我對在家開伙一向興趣缺缺...一來是缺東缺西,鍋碗瓢盆已經有夠不齊了,一般烹飪的基本素材也是少這少那的,二來外面買的隨便也比自己煮的好吃,重點是我跟本不會做菜阿!(說的倒是一口好菜),不過最近在網路上亂逛,倒是發現了一個好站楊桃的線上烹飪影片教學,起初只是無聊隨便挑幾道菜看看,沒想到愈看愈覺有趣,透過老師詳細的解說,讓我這個烹飪白痴好像找到一線曙光,原來做菜也不是那麼難的一件事,而且網路有個好處,隨時可以按暫停,如果是看電視,任憑是阿基師傅,還是美鳳姊,我也是...喔喔...喔~~看了就忘.現在是看了就覺得怎麼簡單!好想要試試!...哈,所以昨天逛超市就想來炒個最簡單的!結果...真的是不難耶!只是醃肉的時後少了紹興酒、太白粉、蛋液(異想天開加了少許紅酒),所以肉炒完沒有很滑嫩,火侯和調味比例還有欠功力,不過至少是還可以吃啦!(</summary><link type='text'>雖然說最近買的都是大潤發賣的便宜酒.不過在喝了三、四瓶後.開始喝出點小心得至少分得出來什麼叫水水的,什麼叫香氣(什麼果子還分不出來!)為了要好好品酒,也順道買了兩個適合一點的酒杯,HOLA買的(不貴,價錢忘了)注意是左邊那杯,右邊那是以前不懂事亂奏合用的!旁邊那瓶主要是當量尺,這樣才看得出杯子的大小買了兩個,另一個杯口稍微寬一點上次回家吃火鍋的時候有一起帶回家後來走時又一起帶走我妹還以為要放在家裡還被笑了一下(廢話當然要帶走,你們又不喝的,放著也是浪費!)至於配酒的小點心,最近發現配德國香腸還滿合的,尤其德國香腸還可以用水煮,最適合我這種懶人最近大潤發又進了不少酒,上週六順道帶了一瓶新世界的智利 type='text'>下午到了嵐山時間約2點多,先從著名的嵐山渡月橋開始其實都是順著人潮跟著走,由車站走到橋頭約15分鐘吧!聽說這裡是電影藝妓回藝錄的外景拍攝地(奇怪我怎想不起來是哪一段)到對岸再望過來...這天天氣也相當不錯,還可以見到不少的水鳥結實累累的柿子數,結果量真是驚人.煞是好看!大堰川,景色怡人.(紅葉季已經很不錯,看過櫻花季的照片,河岸邊櫻花種不少喔,更讚!)看到不少船,卻沒見到上船的碼頭,不知道是不是在上游.渡月橋這一帶是賞景,要散策就要往天龍寺那個方向前進往天龍寺路旁的小觀...紅得很美!世界文化遺產。天龍寺天龍寺內的庭園景觀(曹源池),養了不少鯉魚碰巧遇到餵食時間,餵食人在拋飼料時會先擊掌好幾聲,仿彿在說「開飯囉!」這庭園小小的,挺有禪意的.坐在小台前,看枯山水..湖面的倒影...心情很容易平靜下來許願池又出現了出了天龍寺後就是一片竹林順著走...來到的剛剛小火車經過的嵐山車站經過常寂光寺</summary><link type='text'>時間的確是像一條河流...不知不覺又溜走一個多月覺得再不把這編遊記補齊的話---愧疚感會愈來愈深...(好奇怪...才玩5天...遊記為什麼會寫這樣久)這一天的行程是很輕鬆,也很期待的嵯峨嵐山,到京都好像不能不到嵯峨嵐山,京都除了古寺以外也是有美麗的風景可賞事實證明  的確相當值得一遊來到嵯峨嵐山,一定要坐坐它的嵯峨野觀光小火車一般來說乘坐的方向是嵯峨野--&gt;龜岡,不過想到觀光客應該都是這麼做,就逆向思考,給它龜岡--&gt;嵯峨野注意看車票,可以看得出來我是在京都車站買的而且還給它先坐到馬堀,沒錯,這兩張是不同路線的鐵道.要先搭JR西日本嵯峨野線(山陰本線)到馬堀車站,再下車走一小段路(約10分鐘)到嵯峨野小火車龜岡站.馬堀車站真的很小,一下車一群人就急忙奔跑向嵯峨野站,原本人就稀少的車站一下子就更顯冷清日本真的到處都是自動販賣機,小小一瓶運動飲料160圓,小貴,沒辦法水總是要喝的.</summary><link 票價反而較貴(600日圓)高台寺是日本著名的宰相豐臣秀吉的正室北政所為亡夫祈求冥福興建的寺廟，她後來也在此出家為尼。（北政所，閨名寧寧)靈屋供奉豐臣秀吉和北政所的彩繪木製雕像這間寺的特色就是庭圓景色起伏小丘  翠綠草皮  錯落有致的樹木修剪得姿態優雅非常有禪意的枯山水  如果你脫鞋(有塑膠袋讓遊客提著鞋子)  是可以入內  吹吹徐風  靜靜沉思終於見到一整棵的紅葉傘亭   故名思義  就是下雨天泡茶賞雨的所在高台寺不大   很快就繞完了出了高台寺  旁邊是圓山公園就是一般的大眾公園  可以賞賞鴨子和鯉魚亂逛途中看到的  「惡王子神社」   詭異的名稱往祇園的方向走   就到了八坂神社還滿多人就拜一拜  敲一敲鐘看到沒   日本的廟多會做生意旁邊也有一些在賣藝品的往下去出去就到了祇園照書上說祇園是愈夜愈美麗  </summary><link rel='replies' type='text'>算一算,自從京都之旅回台後,快要滿三個月只po了day1一篇,拖稿拖得真是嚴重拖到都快忘了補(總結就是一個懶字)本來想直接以一篇後記來混過...想想照片那麼多,大概也有是有看沒有Fu吧!還是慢慢補回來好了!下次出國真的要帶著notebook,晚上可以在飯店先寫一些,不然一定又是三拖四拖.這一天的行程安排的是清水寺、八坂神社、祇園、銀閣寺、哲學之道.早餐當然是在麗嘉皇家的早餐buffet(引用網友的報導)解決的會有專人帶位獨享一桌,用餐的空間挺舒適的第一天吃覺得還挺豐盛的,不過一連吃四天,每天的菜色居然都一樣,吃到都有點膩(其實它也有日式早餐但在另一棟最頂樓層,不對味就懶得上去)不過阿!我還是每天都吃得飽飽的再開始出門這樣中午隨便吃就可以省一點摳摳這一天的交通工具是bus,也就是公車最簡單的方式就是到京都車站買一日卷(500日圓)</summary><link type='text'>疑...元宵節不是應該吃元宵嗎?沒錯...but今年沒買所以也就沒吃,不過今天下班經過永康街,倒是發現一間小巧又溫馨的小麵包店,店真的是超小的,好像就只有一個老闆包辦的感覺,麵包也不多,但發現有這種看起來就很道地的鄉村歐式麵包,所以就買一個來試試看.自從wecare(維客爾)倒了以後,最近要找這種麵包還真是難找,不知怎搞的台灣就是流行不起來這種傳統烘培的大大充滿麥香的麵包,看起來樸實、嚼起來粗糙但愈嚼愈香的口感,我是相當喜歡的,尤其近來原物料飆漲,市面上的麵包大多縮水,隨便買幾個都可以抵得上一個便當錢了!其實歐洲的麵包個頭都滿大的,大概是因為拿來當主食的緣故,有時後都會回想那時候走在法國的街道,經過麵包店時空氣中混雜著麵包香的氣味(難忘阿!),晚上撕了幾塊嘗嘗,還不賴,這家店是順著騎樓義大利麵店往裡頭隨意逛逛看到的,它的法國棍子麵包也烤得很漂亮,比一般店家還要長(其實就是法國家常size</summary><link type='text'>今年情人節又是一個人冷清地過,想要寄情於工作,忘掉這個日子,不過辦公室裡七早八早人都走光了!想想也怪淒涼的,所以也就跟著閃人了,說起來情人節也真是一個奇怪的日子,要表達彼此之間的愛意也不用特別挑這麼一天吧!有情人時不慶祝顯得不夠浪漫,沒情人時又老想得慌,搞得人心浮燥.其實我覺得情人節不一定要去吃所謂的燭光晚餐,但適時送個小禮物是必要的,好像沒有哪個女人不愛收禮物的,通常嘴巴說幹麻這麼浪費,但心裡常常是暗自高興,不過這禮可就要小心送囉!奉勸天底下的男人可別小氣,免得在這個網路blog發達的年代,不小心就會給Po上網公告今年怎又送這個怪怪的東東,比方說...,其實我是滿愛送人家禮物的,只要你可以說得出一個理由(沒事我實在就不曉得幹麻要送),或著讓我知道你有想到什麼東西(哪天股票有賺錢心情好就會送了),因為我也喜歡收禮物吧!如果收到喜歡的禮物當然會很開心,所以也就喜歡看到別人臉上開心的表情.</summary><link Brightman一直是我滿喜歡的女歌手,這張專輯是睽違五年的最新錄音室作品.上星期在電台就有聽到那個很吵有點瘋顛的DJ Jonny介紹,還以為已上市一陣子,想說快過年了,又好久沒買CD,於是上禮拜六(2/2)去公館僅存的大眾唱片買,回家查一下資料才發現,原來1/29才剛剛全台同步發行,燒的唷!這張CD包裝精美,印刷漂亮,值得敗入喔!重點是還真得滿好聽的,由片頭前兩首開始就非常氣勢滂薄,非常有北歐前衛金屬樂團的fu,然後第三首是主打的Symphony,相當抒情動聽,是有一點芭樂,但充份表現Sarah那種高超技巧的花式女高音,這一次的賣點還有所謂的一后對四王,與盲人男高音安德烈波伽利Andrea type='text'>咱家可是不常開伙的,因為最近辦公室在辦團購,就趁機訂了幾隻雞,剛好今天送來公司了,趁著天氣冷冷的,是進補的好時機,不囉唆,先煮一隻來吃吃看,基本上這些雞都是冷凍的熟食,很好處理的.送來時就是像這樣是一整個冰塊.料理包上有寫要先解凍懶人一枚的我直接就給它整塊冰塊下鍋了唉唷!一邊煮著發現居然是整隻真是想不到!因為之前也買過不過是已經切塊切好的一整隻耶!就一邊熱一邊舀一點熱湯淋下去感覺在給雞洗三溫暖...翻過面來,還有雞頭耶!!是怎樣?真要這麼完整嗎?由於考量肚子中間還有些冰塊所以就直接用勺子在做切塊的動作結果好好一隻雞被我弄得支離破碎的,碎gogo...(因為太醜了,這一張省略)好啦!裝到碗裏,好像也沒好看到哪!哈!品嘗一下,還不賴唷!味道不會太鹹,湯頭還OK!沒兩下再添一碗,雞是不大啦,明天再吃一次就可以解決了!</summary><link tail黃尾袋鼠是近年來在美國銷售量極佳的澳洲紅酒品牌,特色是「帶有水果香氣、順口又好入喉」的酒,今天要品嘗的這支釀酒葡萄品種是MERLOT。(左邊那支Shiraz幾個月前就嗑乾了)年份為2005年，產地為澳洲東南部。yellow type='text'>─「蓋自己的房子、養一個兒子、種一棵核桃樹」是很多德國男子人生大夢,作者胡湘玲引言,並緩緩述說她們夫妻倆在德國被一棟房子買下的經驗擁有一棟屬於自已的房子,我想不管是哪一國的男子都會想的吧!不過能夠有機緣並且有勇氣在異鄉買一棟已有160年且名列生活古蹟的農舍,可就不是一般人輕易就會遇的上然後會買得下手的。雖然歐州的建築都各具特色,但德國的房子都很有一種童話世界裡的那種感覺,由其是鄉村的農舍,作者買下的那棟我認為也是,真的是太幸福,我一直都夢想有朝一日要住在那種有停院的鄉村風味House,但作者買的那棟以前可真的是可以養牛養雞的那種,而且作者從買入後已進行了四年的修繕,還計劃打算花六年的時間繼續完成修繕,這本書就是在記錄這四年來的種種修繕過程,當然有部分會請專業人士幫忙,但大部分都是他們夫妻親自參與用雙手打造,尤其他們倆都不是學建築或相關領域,所以令我相當佩服,這之中不僅要和古績保護官打交道</summary><link type='text'>總是忙得天昏地暗的時後,就一直想著要拋開一切去旅行,卻總又被一些瑣碎的雜事羈絆,想著想著總是沒能成行,終於今年因緣巧合,進行中的案子因為客戶忙著自家內部的事情,竟就莫名的結案了,於是在下一個案子的空檔間抽了一個禮拜出來,去了日本一趟,完成了人生第一次的個人完全自助旅行。記得前陣子在逛書局時 ,看到唐湘龍寫的35歲前要爽的33個樂子 有一項就是去自助旅行,把自己丟在一個完全陌生的國家、陌生的都市、陌生的語言,非常有流浪的感覺,真的是...讓人想著想著就興奮起來。這一次要去玩老實說剛開始在挑選去哪玩就傷透了腦筋,想去的地方其實有好幾個,倫敦、舊金山、溫哥華、京都...都好想去,不過考量最近國際匯率去倫敦或溫哥華算一算都滿貴的,所以就選了最近的日本,以前對日本的感覺是太近了,身邊最多人出國就是去日本,好像想去就去,所以一直列為最後的選項,但想到這個季節『京都』可以賞紅葉,就給它訂下去了。 type='text'>這年頭似乎不搞個Blog就跟不上潮流想要與人分享生活點滴那就非得再加個網路相簿煤體的推波助瀾下不斷的被鼓勵Blog一下吧!記得2004那年工作上很慰勞自己休息的大半年期間每天閒來無事(早上就在看盤...下午不是看看書就是上網)就在網路上閒晃的時光看到正在癮癮發威的Blog字眼當時  回到工作崗位時  問了一些身邊的人 曉不曉得『blog』是幹啥的!居然沒人答的出來  聽都沒聽說過  現在...  可就不同了不過那時PC home的個人電子報正處於顛峰狀態(個人認為)許多站長都辦得有聲有色 吸引眾多讀者文情並茂的文章也陪我渡過許多無聊的時光不過當時常光顧的站台 現在好像紛紛轉戰blog驅勢 果然是無法抵檔的其實 腦袋裡一直有想要寫一些什麼東西只是時間一忙 加上懶墮 就變成想想而已現在會寫
